Yoga Classes
Yoga at Together on Three is an ancient practice brought to life through guided physical postures, conscious breathing, and meditation. Each session integrates three key elements: guided postures led by instructors for safe, intentional movement, pranayama breathwork to anchor attention and promote calm focus, and mindfulness practices that encourage emotional resilience.Sessions last 45 to 75 minutes, blending movement, breathwork, and relaxation. Our beginner-focused offering includes 60 minutes of accessible yoga instruction plus 15 minutes of sound bath relaxation. Classes maintain small sizes of no more than 10 participants for personalized attention.
